Texas Proposition 4, the Prohibit State Income Tax on Individuals Amendment, is on the ballot in Texas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment on November 5, 2019.
Fall is here, one of my favorite times of the year. I often think about the annual vacation trips that I would take to see my grandmother Blanche in Detroit. I usually went the third week of October and celebrated her birthday with her. We would go visit our same places almost every year including the stop at the cider mill for cold apple cider and brown donuts.
